This is a lot of fearmongering. Correct you can not limit the number of amendments, but any and all amendments coming out of a Convention HAVE to be ratified by 3/4 of the state legislatures. That pretty much rules out anything drastic resulting.A Constitutional Convention was placed in Article V by the Founders as a tool to be used when our federal government would be hijacked by greedy self-serving interests such as exists at the present time. I agree this is THE biggest threat we now face. It is the lessor of 2 evils. The other being Barack Obama.
He has said he wants to spread the wealth around and wants to change the US Constitution. So what is the latest information on where the con con call is now.
