Once again, back in the 1970′s, there was talk of limiting the amount of children you could have in order to save us from overpopulation. I believe we have cancer, heart disease, murder, suicide, auto accidents, airplane accidents, etc that reduce our population. In the 1970′s, movies were being made about what it would be like to have such a law to limit the number of children you could have. This is not a good idea. Freedom is a precious thing, let’s not give it up so easily.
