OJ II #tcot

I have not yet commented on the One’s decision to have the trial of KSM (architect of the 9/11 attacks) in New York City, and I’ll save most of my commentary for my book. KSM is a defacto unlawful combatant and should be treated as such. Our troops on the battlefield should not have to act like police officers and read the people they capture their rights. This was NOT a crime, it was an act of war and as such those who planned and participated should be dealt with as such.

That is simply my opinion on the subject. Most of you know my feelings on the subject and the CIA should have called up Jack Baur the moment they captured him. If he died in interrogation, then so be it….war is hell and if his life saved just one of ours, then it was worth it. My biggest objection is that it will turn 9/11 into the OJ trial of the 21st Century. And with a defense team like this guy, no doubt it will be.

By the way, please tell your subscribers that I still don’t know who attacked the World Trade Center and, yes, I still don’t care. From the perspective of those who died, it makes very little difference who killed them. From the perspective of everyone else, its frankly none of their business, unless they sit on the jury of course. Print that loud, wide, and clear.
