They Keep Failing And We Keep Allowing Them To Do It

Obama’s, Orwellian, health care bill is heading for a vote today. As seen with the “stimulus” package there will be NOTHING positive that comes out of this vote. Until we realize that government is the problem and not a solution to the problem we will all continue to suffer.

The solutions are more complex than what I suggest here, but they could be handled with some simple actions. Our problems have been manufactured by those in office. Medicare/Medicaid do not work and have not worked. The government was never meant to be the caretaker of the populace and as long as we allow it there will always be failure.

We need to Congress to repeal NAFTA and CAFTA. We also need to loosen laws to allow for quality manufacturing jobs to be brought back into the United States. Do not keep rewarding businesses that take manufacturing jobs away from this country. We need to realize that taxing corporations and the rich only ends up taxing the middle class. If a corporation is paying more in taxes then they will lay those increased tax costs on the end user. I am tired of working two jobs so that I can afford to live while the liberals give away my tax dollars and stick me with higher costs so they can stay in office.

Our elected officials need their salaries lowered to the median income level of their constituents. Let them make it on what we do instead of paying them a premium to be servants. That is not so much a cost savings, but to make them be on equal terms with their constituents. Let them see what it is like to live off of the wage of those they serve.

This new health care bill scares me in the same manner the stimulus package did. The stimulus package did not create new jobs and was riddled with abuse. Unemployment has actually increased to levels not seen since 1983. Even Bush did not have levels as high as they are now and Bush screwed up plenty. Increasing the scope of government has been proven to serve only one purpose and that is the subjugation of its people. Medicare/Medicaid do not pay. I have covered this before and I will do it again. They (Medicaid/Medicare) are months behind on payments. They refuse to pay emergency providers for using certain terms in EMS reports. They refuse to pay if a patient could have gone by personal vehicle, but that person called EMS and yet the Federal government forces EMS to take this person just because they called. This is never spoken of in the media because they want everyone to think government insurance works. IT DOES NOT WORK AND NEVER WILL! To put it in perspective if you go into Wal-Mart and walk out without paying it is called shoplifting. If you do it to an ambulance service it is called Medicare/Medicaid. You go work for free, I have a family to support and taxes to pay.
