A flag fight is brewing in southern Florida.
Members of the Miami-Dade branch of the NAACP want the Confederate flag banned from the Homestead-Miami Motor Speedway, and they will meet Thursday to decide whether to boycott a NASCAR race slated there for November. – FOX
Now, don’t get me wrong, but NASCAR evolved from moonshiners and boot-leg drivers in the South all getting together to see who could out-run the law the fastest. Now do you think NASCAR fans are really worried about the NAACP? It is about as red-neck of a sport as red-neck can get. The NAACP boy-cotting a NASCAR event is just about as effective as BCR readers boycotting an Al Sharpton rally.
I’m not a NASCAR fan, but I am a confederate flag-waving Southern boy. I would just about be tempted to become a NASCAR fan if and when such a boycott was called. Sometimes I think I’m living in an insane asylum which used to be America.

I suggest Mitt Romney take the lead for the NAACP by not showing up for any more NASCAR events.

How many times do I have to say Mitt is full of SHIT? I hope they keep the flag flying. I doubt the $5 that blacks spend on NASCAR is going to bother them one bit. Isn’t the NAACP a racist group by definition? They can all take a big juicy bite of my flag waving ass.

The most despicable injustice of our age will end up being recorded in history as thought police POLITICAL CORRECTNESS and not slavery. The chains , the whip hand , the twisted nature of the manipulation and the disarming motives of the lying masters are faceless. The net result is a new brand of slavery. Roots and it’s African experience was a lie. The tribal traditions were as brutal , pagan and bloody then as they are today. Dismantling my heritage and it’s evolution TOWARD a more perfect union is no justice. When are Blacks going to mourn their forefathers sacrifice and thank God for their freedom made possible in the philosophical and spiritual experiement called America ? Countless patriots white, black and brown died fighting under the CONFEDRATE BATTLE FLAG through all of OUR wars to secure and protect our collective freedom. GET OVER IT ALREADY, life ain’t fair.
