Are The Churches Complicit?

I have been thinking about what is happening with the New World Order and wondering why the churches have not spoken much about it. If you read your bible there are specifics about much of what is going on today. We know that according to the Bible there will be a “one-world” government as well as the taking of the mark of the beast in order to trade.

The “Unions” that have been taking place over the last few years as well as NAFTA, CAFTA and the FTAA all stink of world government consolidation. Outsourcing has weakened the US manufacturing base and made us more reliant on other countries for our goods. This makes us more susceptible to outside influences and these “Trade” agreements become necessary for us to continue to survive as a nation. Long-term survival rates on governmental life support are not very good.

The Real ID Act is the next on the list of issues that the church should be speaking out against. The federal government requiring us to use a biometric ID to continue to receive and use government services reeks of the mark of the beast. We are being forced into using or receiving this “mark” so that we are able to keep doing business in this country. Sounds pretty much like sticking a piece of me on a card is about as much of a mark as could be without having the mark on my damn head.

Maybe I am a complete loon and I am reading too much into these happenings, but I don’t think so. Whether or not I am a nut is not the question, but why are the churches not responding to any of this is a huge question. Are the churches happily ushering in this New World Order? Have our church leaders failed to lead us as they should? I am not sure what is going on, but I do find it strange that nothing is being said or done by the churches and when someone does they are quickly silenced.
